基本职责Essential
1）根据生产计划和生产情况准备定径机架，协调加工和装配，保障生产正常运行；Prepare, coordinate processing and assembly of sizing stands according to production plan and production conditions to ensure normal production operation
2）统计机架清单以及机架状态；机架轧制支数以及对应外径尺寸统计； Count the stand list and stand status; Statistics of rolling number of the stand and corresponding outer diameter size;
3）协调跟踪生产过程中损坏的机架，及时安排维修并检查原因；Coordinate and track the damaged stand in the production process, timely arrange maintenance and check the cause;
4）对已加工好的机架轧辊表面进行检查；Check the surface of the machined stand roll;
5）跟踪轧辊和轴承的使用记录、对机架装配记录等资料进行收集归档，并做好相关数据统计；Track the use records of rolls and bearings, collect and archive data such as stand assembly records, and make relevant data statistics;
6）负责组织对新到厂定径辊进行检查，主要包括外观尺寸和硬度等Responsible for organizing the inspection of the newly arrived sizing rolls, mainly including appearance size and hardness, etc.
7）协助本区车间主任做好安全资料的收集和提供Assist the workshop director to collect and provide safety information
8）机架区的5S工作; 5S work in the stand area

能力资质要求Competence &Qualifications Requirements:
1)教育背景Education: 大专及以上文化程度Junior college degree or above
2)经验 Experience:3年设备管理工作经验 3 years working experience in equipment management
3)知识及培训要求Knowledge & Training:
需要学习机机械制图、CAD绘图、设备管理及Vallourec工厂管理经验；Need to learn mechanical drawing, CAD drawing, equipment management and VALLOUREC factory management experience;
4)语言要求Language requirement：能阅读简单英文邮件Can read simple English email
5)能力及技能要求Competence & Skill requirement：机械设备维修、CAD绘图Mechanical equipment maintenance, CAD drawing

常白班，8小时，月休4天。
