【工作内容】
1. 负责发现现有生产设备的待改进优化点，并及时和领导以及相关部门沟通协调，提出相对应的改进方案并制定实施计划及时跟进做好相关记录；
Identify optimization opportunities for existing production equipment, communicate and coordinate with supervisors and relevant departments in a timely manner, propose corresponding improvement plans, develop implementation schedules, follow up progress and maintain relevant records.
2. 负责特种工程塑料事业部在滁州工厂的新设备新产线的顺利安装，测试，投产，优化等；
Ensure the smooth installation, testing, commissioning and optimization of new equipment and new production lines at the Chuzhou Factory, SEM BU.
3. 负责生产环节的所有质量相关问题，并主动分析并提出解决方案，以及与其他相关部门合作进行原因分析与调查并制定相应的解决方案与预防措施；
Take charge of all quality-related issues in production, proactively analyze problems and propose solutions. Collaborate with relevant departments to conduct root cause analysis and investigation and develop corrective actions and preventive measures.
4. 负责生产环节遇到的所有工艺相关的问题，并制定相关计划及时推进逐步解决现场发现的所有不正常工艺状况；
Handle all process-related issues arising from production, formulate action plans, drive execution and resolve all on-site process abnormalities step by step.
5. 负责监督并检查所有生产线运行的运行状况、记录工艺参数、混料投料记录，换产品清洗工作是否符合相关操作规范及标准；
Supervise and inspect the operating status of all production lines, verify records of process parameters, material mixing and feeding, and confirm that product changeover and cleaning activities comply with relevant operating specifications and standards.
6. 负责参与配合支持 ISO 9001 and GMP & ISO16949 & ISO13485 & RC14001 等国际标准体系的生产部审核以及相关筹备工作；
Participate in and support the preparation and audit activities of the Production Department for international management systems including ISO 9001, GMP, ISO 16949, ISO 13485 and RC14001.
7. 负责生产部各个操作岗位的标准作业指导书和相关 SOP WI 等的新建与更新； 
Develop and update standard operating instructions, SOPs and WIs for all operating positions within the Production Department.
8. 负责 SAP& MES & Runchat 等保障生产运行的系统相关工作；
Manage system-related activities for production operation support, including SAP, MES and Runchat.
9. 负责制定及实施新员工以及内部转岗和多技能员工的培训工作；
Design and deliver training programs for new hires, internal transferees and multi-skilled operators.
10. 操作过程严格遵守公司规章制度及作业指导书，保证安全生产，避免安全事故的发生。
Strictly abide by company rules, regulations and work instructions during operation to ensure safe production and prevent safety incidents. 
11. 严格按照工单进行生产，按时执行生产计划，减少原材料的浪费，减少不良品的产生。
Carry out production strictly per work orders, follow the production schedule on time, minimize raw material waste and defective output. 
12. 及时清除责任区域粉尘、废料、废弃物，保持责任区域 6S 状况良好。
Promptly clean up dust, scraps and waste within the assigned area and maintain good 6S status. 
13. 具备良好的团队合作意识，严格服从主管或经理安排的其他工作。
Maintain good teamwork spirit and complete other tasks assigned by supervisors or managers. 
14. 经理或主管安排的其他工作；
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.

【任职要求】
1、Major in Polymer Engineering or compounding process.高分子工程或共混工艺相关专业.
2、3-5 years in Engineer plastic process development and improvement, including hands-on experience in extruding operation. 3 –5 年工程塑料工艺开发与改善相关经验，包含挤出实操经验。
3、Experience in Scale up will be a plus. 有工艺放大（Scale-up）经验者优先。
4、Strong logical analysis and cross-departmental cooperation ability.较强的逻辑分析能力与跨部门协作能力。
5、Good command of English in writing and reading, basic oral English.良好的英语读写能力，具备基础英语口语能力。
