Major Responsibilities:
1. Cycle inspection for the production process and make the record.
对生产过程进行巡检并记录。
2. Check and monitor if the products are manufacturing according to the related documentation. 
负责监督车间生产是否按照相关文件要求进行生产。
3. Focus on the production monitor for non-conformity product by weekly quality meeting discussion.
重点关注每周周会有质量问题的产品的生产监控。
4. Focus on the cycle inspection for first order.
重点关注试生产过程巡检。
5. Give the feedback to superior on time regarding non-conformity happened in production.
及时向上级反应生产中的各种异常情况。
6. Finish other tasks appointed by superior on time.
及时完成上级安排的其它工作。

Major Requirements / Qualification:
1. Education:Middle School Graduate or above中学毕业或以上
2. Work Experience 工作经验:Having 1 years or above in inductive component manufacturing field. Experiences in relevant quality are preferred.具有一年或一年以上懂得电感元器件领域的生产经验。有相关质量经验的优先。
3.   知识要求：
 熟悉基本的质量检验知识，能识别图纸、sop，及相关量检具的使用。
4.Skills 工作技能:
Familiar with quality inspection, can read drawing and SOP, good at using test gauge. 熟悉基本的质量检验知识，能识别图纸和sop，会使用相关量检具。Good communication and interpersonal skills. 良好的沟通和人际关系技巧。Microsoft Office etc. software skill are preferred. 能使用微软Office等办公软件的优先。Reading and written English are preferred. 英文能读写的优先。
5.Others 其它: Open, confident, self-motivated, independent and innovative. 开朗，自信，能自我激励，独立和有创造性。
