1. 负责发现现有生产设备的待改进优化点，并及时和领导以及相关部门沟通协调，提出相对应的改进方案并制定实施计划及时跟进做好相关记录；
Responsible to drive for the processes improvement by providing the optimization of the processing conditions, screw profile, propose machineries improvement to his superior, discuss with Technical on the formula optimization, discuss with quality control for quality optimization and etc. in order to have better run rate and yield.

2. 负责新设备的顺利安装，测试，投产，优化等；
Responsible for the smooth installation, testing, commissioning and optimization of new equipment;

3. 负责客户投诉问题出现时与其他相关部门合作进行原因分析与调查并制定相应的解决方案与预防措施；
Responsible for cooperating with other relevant departments to analyze and investigate the causes of customer complaints and formulate corresponding solutions and preventive measures;

4. 负责生产线上遇到的所有工艺相关的问题，并制定相关计划及时推进逐步解决现场发现的所有不正常工艺状况；
Responsible for all process related problems encountered in the production line, formulate relevant plans, timely promote and gradually solve all abnormal process conditions found on site；

5. 负责监督并检查所有生产线运行的运行状况、记录工艺参数、混料投料记录，换产品清洗工作是否符合相关操作规范及标准；
Responsible for supervising and checking the operation status of all production lines, recording process parameters, mixing and feeding records, and whether the product replacement and cleaning work comply with relevant operating specifications and standards;

6. 负责参与配合ISO 9001and GMP 等国际标准体系的的工厂审核工作；
Participate in the factory audit of international standard systems such as ISO 9001 & GMP.

7. 负责生产部各个操作岗位的标准作业指导书和相关WI，SOP的新建与更新；
Responsible for the creation and update of standard operation instructions and relevant WI and SOP for each operation post of the production department;

8. 负责SAP系统生产模块相关工作；
Responsible for the production module of SAP system;

9. 负责新员工加入时与生产工艺相关的培训；
Responsible for the training of process and production related procedures and WI to our new recruits.

10. 经理或主管安排的其他工作；
Other work arranged by the manager or supervisor;

要求与责任：

1.     操作过程严格遵守公司规章制度及作业指导书，保证安全生产，避免安全事故的发生；
The operation process shall strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations and operation instructions to ensure safe production and avoid safety accidents;

 2.     严格按照工单进行生产，按时执行生产计划，减少原材料的浪费，减少不良品的产生；
Carry out production in strict accordance with the work order, implement the production plan on time, reduce the waste of raw materials and reduce the generation of defective products;

 3.     及时清除责任区域粉尘、废料、废弃物，保持责任区域5S状况良好；
Required length & type of experience: fresh graduate of material related major or working experience in color masterbatch and functional masterbatch industry for 2-3 years

4.     较强的团队合作意识，严格服从主管或经理的其他工作安排；
Required certificate, license, registration: Academic Certificate / skill certificate


任职要求：

1. Major in Polymer Engineering or compounding process.
2. 3-5 years in MB process development and improvement, including hands-on experience in extruding operation.
3. Experience in Scale up will be a plus.
4. Good command of English in writing and reading, basic oral English.
5. Familiar with MS office, like Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
