职责范围：
Lead HSE committee to provide CA raised by internal and external HSE auditors

Responsible for Driving Environmental, Health and Safety Programs

Identify significant opportunities for HSE improvement, implementing permanent corrective       
action as final step to problem solving

Manage activities which ensure compliance with site HSE requirement, local       
regulations and policies, establish and control and maintain all documents

Responsible for identification of HSE regulations and improvement activity applicable to factory

Supports HSE inspections, self-assessments and audits.  Manage reports and presents      
summaries to management with recommended solutions.  Monitors corrective action closure

Implement environmental management processes, including management of chemicals, wastes,       
permits, and pollution prevention activities, inspection and monitoring activities

Serves as liaison with government,  third-party assessors and regulatory agencies, fulfill the HSE      
reporting and declaration activities

Coordinates safety assessments, and works to deploy corrective measures to continuously       
reduce site hazard risk profile

Coordinates industrial hygiene, personal protective equipment, machine guarding and other critical      
HSE programs, works closely with management team to assure implementation of  corrective      
actions

Investigate complaints by the employee's relating the health, safety and environmental affairs

Ensure that all records, documents are maintained according to the HSE plan

Provide coaching & supporting to employee HSE activities

任职资格：
BS Degree in Industrial Hygiene, Safety, Environmental Science or Related Field       
大学本科毕业，工业卫生，安全，环境科学以及相关学科专业      
at least 3 years work experience with possessing  a working knowledge of HSE regulations       
and proven ability to lead best practice implementation       
至少3年HSE的工作经验, 良好掌握HSE规定并能很好地实施      
Have HSE related certifications      
拥有HSE有关的证书      
A good understanding of business operations including project management skills      
充分理解公司业务, 具有项目管理经验      
High energy and flexibility in continuously improving environment       
对持续改进有高度的热情和灵活性      
Analytical, problem-solver with excellent business communication skill with internal and external      
customers, decision making ability
